Why are specials so special? We believe it is important for our children to participate in Physical Education, Band, Choir, Health, Art, Agriculture, Project-Based Learning, Spanish and Drama in order to achieve social and emotional development, academic achievement, and an opportunity for all to participate on a level playing field, including children with special needs.
We pride ourselves on helping to provide a well-rounded education to all students here at TMS. Our students experience a cross-curricular educational environment by relating core subjects to real-life situations. All 5th – 8th grade students have exploratory opportunities on a daily basis. This allows for each student to explore their unique talents while nurturing their individuality. Our mission is to provide our students with the necessary skills and knowledge to live healthy, active, creative, and expressive lives.
