I am currently a fourth grade teacher at Ralph Witters Elementary and have been with the school district since 2011. I am originally from Arlington, Texas and went to Sterling College in Kansas where I earned my bachelors in elementary education. I taught one year in Texas before moving to Thermopolis. I started teaching fourth grade, dropped down to third and looped up with my students to fourth. Looping was a great experience and I loved every minute of it!
My husband coaches high school football and track and works at the middle school. He loves the Denver Broncos so that means I love them too! We have an Australian shepherd/border collie mix named Sadie and she is full of energy!
I absolutely love teaching and living in Thermopolis and enjoy learning about Wyoming and traveling to see different landmarks, parks, etc. Some of my hobbies include: traveling, reading, gardening, movie watching, crafting, shopping, baking, relaxing, and floating the river! My favorite animal is the moose and my goal is to see as many as I can!
