Welcome to Hot Springs County School District #1
There are three schools in our district, Ralph Witters Elementary (grades K-4), Thermopolis Middle School (grades 5-8) and Hot Springs County High School (grades 9-12). All of our schools are fully accredited by the Wyoming State Board of Education and the North Central Association.
Our district is known for its friendly, caring schools. With a total district enrollment of fewer than 700 students, we are afforded the time and resources it takes to give each student the personalized attention that he or she deserves to find success.
HSCSD # 1 will inspire students, staff and the community to be the recognized educational leader in the state of Wyoming.
We believe in:
- Learning as the fundamental purpose for our work
- A collaborative culture in which we learn together
- A focus on results
- Partnerships with parents & community
- Ensuring that all students are prepared for any path they choose
Moms and children birth to school age:
Please join us for Moms & Tots tomorrow (Wednesday, March 3rd) from 10:00-11:00a.m. in the vocational building. Looking forward to playing, singing, and learning together! Future #307Bobcats!
